FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Is there an age limit?
A: Kids under the age of 13 are not permitted in the rage room, however, children between the ages of 13 and 17 are permitted with a parent or guardian present. On behalf of the participant, the parent/guardian must also sign our liability waiver. All ages are welcome in the paint splatter room!

Q: Do I need to bring anything with me?
A: CLOSED TOE SHOES ARE REQUIRED (we have plenty of safety equipment but no sandals, flip flops, ladies' flats, crocs, or heels) and a form of identification. We provide the rest! Wear clothes and shoes that you might not mind getting dirty for the paint room.

Q: Can I break sh*t with my friends?​
A: YES! Our BREAK rooms can hold up to 4 people, book at the same time with your friends! For larger groups, we can come to you or rent out the facility in advance.

Q: Is a reservation required?​
A: Reservations are KING! If there is walk-in space available between bookings, we'd be happy to have you, but WALK-INS ARE NOT GUARANTEED!

Q: Can pregnant people participate?
​A: Written doctor's approval is required.

Q: Can we bring our own breakables or break tools?
​A: We provide all the breaking tools for legal and safety reasons. We have a B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Box) package.  All items must be approved by us upon arrival.  The following items are prohibited:

• Pressurized cans

• Light bulbs

• Heating or cooling mechanisms

• Anything poisonous or toxic

• CRT monitors or televisions

Q: Can we bring food, snacks or drinks?
A: Yes, outside food and drinks are permitted in the facility. Water is provided for sessions.

Q: When should I arrive for my appointment?
A: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time.  We buffer 5 minutes before each session to allow participants time to check in, sign waivers, review the safety information, and put on their gear.

Q: Can I play music while I break sh*t?
A: Yes! We have playlists or connect to our speakers with your iPhone/Android device so you can play your own soundtrack at no extra cost!

Q: Do you offer packages for parties, large groups, or events?

A: Yes, we love to party! We work with groups and parties of all sizes and can customize a package that’s just perfect for your event. Give us a call to set up the perfect experience!​​​​​​
